Equipment Rentals
Can I hire inflatables or other items overnight?
Yes, many of our items can be hired overnight. Each product page on our website will indicate if overnight hire is available.
Please note that overnight hire does not count as a second day’s hire. The item will be collected the next morning or at an agreed-upon time. If you need the equipment for an additional full day, you’ll need to book and pay for a second day rather than an overnight charge. Extra charges apply.
For overnight hires, all equipment must be stored in a secure and locked location to prevent damage or theft.
Do your inflatables have shower or sun covers?
Some of our inflatables come with built-in covers for sun or light rain protection. The product description on our website will specify whether a particular inflatable has this feature.
Do you have insurance or public liability cover?
Yes, we have public liability insurance up to £5 million, covering incidents where injury or damage is proven to be caused by our staff or equipment. However, this does not cover improper use, negligence, or lack of supervision on the part of the hirer.
Can inflatables be set up indoors or outdoors on hard surfaces?
Most of our inflatables can be set up both indoors and outdoors. The product description will indicate suitability.
For outdoor setups on hard surfaces (e.g., tarmac or concrete), we may need to drill into the ground to anchor the equipment securely for safety reasons. Please let us know in advance whether your setup is indoors or outdoors so we can make the necessary arrangements.
⚠️ We can only drill into tarmac. We are unable to drill into porcelain tiles, block paving, or decking.
What are the power requirements?
Each inflatable requires access to a 13-amp power supply. Some larger setups, such as assault courses, may require multiple power sources.
⚠️ The power supply must be within 50 metres of the setup area. If this is not possible, please contact us to discuss alternative options (such as generator hire).
What if it rains on the day of hire?
In case of heavy rain, we will contact you to discuss safety concerns related to your booking. If the rain is extreme (e.g., torrential downpours), we may cancel the booking for safety reasons, and you will receive a full refund, including your booking fee.
If you choose to cancel due to weather concerns when it is still safe to proceed, our standard cancellation policy applies, and no refund will be issued.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, all bookings require a 20% non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking. This secures your rental and ensures availability.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

More than 8 weeks before the event: 25% of order value

8 to 6 weeks before the event: 35% of order value

6 to 4 weeks before the event: 50% of order value

4 to 10 days before the event: 75% of order value

Less than 10 days before the event: 100% of order value
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before your event via phone or email. If you cancel over a weekend or bank holiday, call our mobile number instead, as emails may not be monitored.
If we need to cancel due to severe weather, your booking fee will be fully refunded.
⚠️ If we are unable to deliver due to lack of access, space constraints, or an unsuitable location, your booking fee will not be refunded, and full payment may still be required.
Are there cleaning charges?
Yes. Equipment should be returned in the same condition it was delivered. If items are excessively dirty or mistreated, a cleaning fee of £50 will be applied.

If we are unable to deliver due to adverse weather, vehicle breakdowns, or illness, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery times are approximate, and while we do our best to meet specific requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Please ensure there is sufficient space, clear access, and a debris-free setup area before delivery. If we cannot set up due to space constraints or an unsuitable location, no refund will be provided.
⚠️ For hall bookings, ensure you allow enough time for both setup and takedown. If hiring food or drink equipment, consider preparation time.

Where are you based, and what areas do you cover?
We are based in Bolton, Greater Manchester, and we cover all of Northwest England. We can travel further upon request, but additional travel charges may apply.

What is your payment structure for event packages?
A 20% non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least one week before the event.
If I cancel my event, is my deposit refundable?
No. The 20% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
How soon should I book a comprehensive event package?
To ensure availability and proper planning, bookings must be made at least 2 weeks before the event date.
